Page Purpose
The Salary Analysis – Branch page is used to compare salary processing data of a selected branch for a selected month with the previous month.
It helps management and payroll teams to:
- Track salary processing progress
- Identify differences between current and previous month salaries
- Export salary analysis data
- Send salary analysis reports via email
1. Search & Filter Section
Purpose
Allows users to select criteria for salary comparison.

2. Salary Analysis Result Section
Purpose
Displays comparison between current month and previous month salary processing data.

- Horizontal scrolling for large datasets
- Supports All Branch and Single Branch comparison
3. Export Functionality
Purpose
Allows users to download the salary analysis report.
Export Options
- Export salary analysis data in supported formats (Excel / CSV)
- Includes both current and previous month comparison data
4. Send Mail Functionality
Purpose
Allows users to email salary analysis reports directly from the system.
Behavior
- Sends the salary analysis report to configured recipients
- Uses the selected Branch, Month, and Year
- Ensures quick communication of payroll status to stakeholders
5. No Data Handling
If no data is available for the selected criteria:
- System displays message:
“No data found for the selected criteria”
