View / Download Unit History

Used to search, view, and download historical data related to a unit.

Page: View / Download Unit History

Search & Filter

Fields:

  • Unit — Search / select or create a unit
  • Client — Search / select or create a client (optional; filters results by client)
  • From Date — Date picker
  • To Date — Date picker
  • Search Type — Dropdown (default: All)

Actions

  • Search — Retrieves unit history based on selected filters
  • Reset — Clears all selected filters and inputs
  • Download — Downloads the filtered unit history report

Search Results Behavior

  • Initially, no data is shown.

  • When no search has been performed, show the message:

    “No history data available. Please search to view results.”

  • After clicking Search, display unit history records filtered by:

    • Selected Unit
    • Date range (From Date → To Date)
    • Search Type

If no records match the filters, show an empty state with an explanation.

Download Unit History

  • Clicking Download exports the currently filtered unit history data.
  • The exported report respects all applied filters: Unit, Date range, and Search Type.
  • Use the report for auditing and reporting purposes.

Typical UI Flow

  1. Open View / Download Unit History page.
  2. Select or search for a Unit.
  3. (Optional) Select From Date and To Date.
  4. (Optional) Choose Search Type (default is All).
  5. Click Search to view results.
  6. If needed, click Download to export the visible results.
  7. Use Reset to clear filters and start a new search.
