6. User Flow

Step-by-Step Process

  1. Navigate to Page

    • Go to Payroll Reports → List of Master
  2. Select Report Type

    • Click on "Report Type" dropdown
    • Browse through available options
    • Select desired master list type
  3. Generate Report

    • Click "View" button
    • Wait for PDF generation (usually 1-2 seconds)
  4. View PDF

    • PDF opens in new browser tab
    • Review the generated master list
    • Verify data accuracy
  5. Download (Optional)

    • Click download icon in PDF viewer
    • Save PDF to local system
    • File name format: [ReportType]_[Date]_[Time].pdf
  6. Print (Optional)

    • Use browser print function
    • Configure print settings
    • Print or save as PDF
  7. Generate Another Report

    • Close PDF tab
    • Return to List of Master page
    • Click "Reset" to clear selection
