What are System Logs?
System Logs are detailed records of actions performed by users within the application. Each log entry captures what action was taken, where it occurred, who performed it, and when it happened.

🔒 Note: Logs are non-editable to maintain audit integrity.

- Logs cannot be edited or deleted by users
